The Australian Centre of Excellence for Local Government at the University of Technology, Sydney will be holding a master class to assist senior local government officials and councillors in responding to the NSW 'Fit for the Future' reforms.
The masterclass will address elements of reform such as long term financial sustainability, service delivery models, and workforce planning.
