In April the UTS Centre for Local Government will host a two-day master class that will explore local government evolving role in the federation and contemporary policy challenges such as financial sustainability, workforce management and service delivery.
The Masterclass will involve highly interactive discussions exploring contemporary insights into:
- Empowering local government
- Innovation and entrepreneurial thinking
- Financial sustainability
- The role of community governance
- Workforce management
- Asset management
- Service delivery.
